Cyber & Strategic Risk

We help clients address various aspects of Cyber and other strategic risks to their organizations to inform risk-based strategic choices, prepare to respond to disruption, assess and manage full-lifecycle enterprise risks, as well as strategize and respond to risks associated with the reliability and protection of data, associated processes and technology. We provide advisory and managed services to help senior executives spot, assess, manage, and respond to risks and/or catastrophic unforeseen incidents that could undermine their competitive position or jeopardize their critical assets, reputation and/or financial standing. Offerings include:

Our objective is to help clients develop and implement strategies for IT risk management and aim to help clients find the appropriate balance between risk management and cost containment. Our integrated solutions covering: Cyber Strategy, Cyber Security, Cyber Vigilance, Cyber Resilience.

Work you'll do

• Provide strategic advice to our clients in design and implementation of governance, risk management, security, and operations to address the latest Fintech business and infrastructure development (e.g. Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Big Data)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and define the business case, including running large scale workshops to gather and align requirements
• Collaborate with external and internal partners to design the fintech solution or infrastructure, and draft relevant governance framework and operating procedures (e.g. mechanism for decision making and monitoring)
• Stay current on emerging technologies and participate in Blockchain or cryptocurrency consortiums and industry events
• Work with multi-level of our clients from C-level executives, senior and management staff to on-the-ground professionals
• Work closely with your team leaders and members on project delivery which includes but not restricted to research, analysis, advice and implementation

We are looking for someone with

• University graduates or above in Computer Science, Engineering or Information System related disciplines
• Professional qualifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP and/or other related certifications is an advantage
• 2 - 8 years of experience in innovative technology, preferably Blockchain, strategy development for top tier companies and/or with top strategy consultancy
• Passionate about technology and applying it to business solutions
• Enjoy challenge and dynamic working environment
• Good technical or security knowledge related to emerging technologies, e.g. Blockchain, Cloud Computing
• Comfort with public key cryptography and other encryption methods as value-added
• Ability to work well independently and be comfortable leading a team within client engagements
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills with an ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical business clients as well as high proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Particular industry experience will be an advantage (e.g. banking and finance, aviation, transportation, property development, pharmaceutical, etc.)
• Willing to travel
